How We'll Do That: XPT Method
XPT uses breathing, movement, and recovery techniques developed for elite athletes to train your body and mind to perform under pressure — before, during, and after training. It combines methods to boost performance in the moment with methods to recover faster afterward.
Who Is It For
For athletes and high performers training for competition, and for corporate teams and professionals applying the same performance principles: mental preparation, pressure management, and focus at work.

More About This Method
XPT was created by big-wave surfer Laird Hamilton and athlete Gabby Reece. It grew out of breathing and underwater training techniques Laird first developed to survive being held under big waves. That personal survival skill became a full system of performance breathing, movement, and recovery that is now used by elite athletes and everyday people alike.
